As often happens occasionally with Microsoft error text does not hint at the fact that no solution to the problem, but even in what direction we must look. In fact, the source of this error is that the installer sometimes (under what conditions - is not known) creates a folder with the wrong privileges.
So, to solve the problem just go to the folder C: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Office Servers \ 15.0 \ Data \ Office Server and a little tweak permissions for the folder Analytics_chto something-there.
You go in the folder properties, access (Sharing) -> Advanced Setup (Advanced sharing), open sharing, and click the "Permissions" (Permissions). Then, in the window that appears, add the user WSS_ADMIN_WPG and give him the full rights ("Full Access" in the Russian-speaking system or "Full Control" in English).
That's all. You can once again launch the "Setup Wizard" and everything will work fine.
